🚀 New Features/Enhancements

• Timezone

  • We added the ability to register your timezone in the admin settings

• Student report

  • We added student homeroom field to the points report

• Store

  • We’ve introduced product category filtering and search in the School Store to make it easier for students to browse and locate items. During user interviews, we learned that some schools manage over 200 SKUs, so this enhancement is designed to simplify navigation and improve the overall shopping experience.

  • Product descriptions are now visible in the School Store, giving students and staff more context about each item before making a purchase. This enhancement is currently available on the web, with a mobile update rolling out later this week to provide a consistent experience across all platforms.

  • We’ve updated the store order terminology from Approved/Reject to Fulfilled/Cancel to better reflect how the feature is intended to work. The previous wording caused some confusion — the goal is to help schools manage inventory and cancel orders they can’t fulfill, not to require approval before distributing items.

  

🐛 Fixed

Leaderboard

• We’ve adjusted the size and text layout on the leaderboard to better align with the newer V2 themes. As part of this transition, V1 themes will be deprecated later this year, so we encourage all users to begin migrating to V2. To support this change, we’ve added a new V1-compatible theme called “RCA Castle Light,” which offers a lighter design and should remain fully compatible with your existing leaderboard devices.

• Addressed another issue where user avatars/videos were not taking up the full width of the frames

Points Table

• Addressed an accessibility issue that was causing the search not to function properly.
